“The picture looks like the woman got bits of zinc-plating on her cornea. When you work with zinc-plated steel, sometimes zinc-bits are severed. Esp. older steel-plates and bad-quality plating as well as thick platings tend to loose their coating very easily. But i guess i am wrong though. Would have been to easy ;-)”
